Incidents - Analytics#

This tab allows you to access incident analytics for the year group for the current academic year. This helps you to paint a clearer picture of the current behaviour of your year group. For example, if students are misbehaving and a large number of incidents are reported in the same category you may wish to do an assembly on the subject to try and reduce the occurrences.

Tip

The default view for all data sets is the chart. You can switch to the tabular data by clicking the table button within each data card.

Tip

Data items are shown as an individual segment within a chart if they make up more than 4% of the total data. This is to prevent having a tiny segment for a data item that makes up a negligible portion of the chart. Having these small segments makes the chart very difficult to read and gain insights from. If you want to see the data in full, just click the table button to see the full data set.

Tip

Clicking the download data button will download the associated data as a csv file enabling the school to perform additional analysis using the data.

Summary information#

The summary section shows some high level information about the year group.

  • Incidents - The number of incidents that involve a student in your year group.

  • Students with Incidents - The number of students in your year group with one or more incident. The second number shows how many students were in your year group this academic year. Please note that if students have left your year group they will still be included in this analysis for the remainder of the academic year.
