The My Account section is where a user can manage many aspects of their account. To get to the My Account section simply select the my account option from the menu at the top right hand corner of the screen.
Here you can update and review any consent that you have provided to the school. See My Consent for more.
Here you can see your personal information and request updates to the data held. This data includes:
Date of Birth
Should any of this data be incorrect please create a new information update request by changing the information and clicking the update information button.
If you have one or more pending information update requests you’ll see a yellow warning bar letting you know there are changes pending approval from the school.
You can update your user preferences/settings by selecting the preferences option. Here you’ll see your current communication preferences. Simply update their values and click the update preferences button to save any changes.
You can provide a profile picture to be used with your account, allowing people to put a face to the name when communicating.
To ensure your profile picture is displayed in the best possible way, you should upload a picture that is square in size, this allows it to be scaled automatically without seeing a large reduction in quality.
The security information section is where you can view and update security information for your account.
You can reset your password by completing the reset password section of the screen. You need to enter your current password, your desired password (and confirm it) before clicking the reset password button.
Update Secret Questions#
You can update your secret questions and their answers by completing the secret questions section of the screen. You need to enter your current password, select your new questions and provide the answers before clicking the update secret questions button.
You can see any SMS messages that have been sent to you account in this section. It shows you when they were sent, the content and their status.
