Learning Outcomes#

Learning Outcomes are a way for you to assign the learning outcomes that relate to a particular homework task to that task. They can be used by the school to ensure that a broad range of outcomes are being designed and used within homework tasks increasing the range of skills a student gains from completing homework tasks.

Creating a Learning Outcome#

To create a learning outcome select the Learning Outcomes option from the Configuration Lists section of the side menu. The current list of learning outcomes will be loaded.

To add a new learning outcome, click the create button on the tables action bar. This will load the create view.

You must enter at least a name for the learning outcome but it’s recommended that you provide additional context within the description so that staff know when to use a certain outcome with a homework task. Once complete click the save button to create the new learning outcome. You’ll be returned to the learning outcomes list and see a green popup message confirming the outcome was created.

Editing a Learning Outcome#

To edit an existing learning outcome select the Learning Outcomes option from the Configuration Lists section of the side menu. This will load the current list of learning outcomes.

To update the values simply click the column of the table you’d like to update and enter the new value in the displayed edit area. Once complete, click out of the edit area and the learning outcome will be updated automatically. A green popup message will confirm the changes were saved.

Deleting a Learning Outcome#

To delete an existing learning outcome select the Learning Outcomes option from the Configuration Lists section of the side menu. This will load the current list of learning outcomes.

Select the desired learning outcome by checking the corresponding checkbox and clicking the delete icon on the tables action bar. You’ll be asked to confirm the action before the learning outcomes are deleted.

  • Manage Learning Outcomes
