This module contains functionality that helps the school manage student mentoring. It records all information as part of the students record and helps the school meet it’s requirements for OFSTED.

It was designed with the following general workflow in mind with multiple points of customisation for the school throughout.

  1. Create a Form to collect the desired responses from students.

  2. Create a new Response Group and select the desired students to request a response from.

  3. Students receive notifications and complete their sections of the form before submitting their response.

  4. Form tutors then review student submissions, discussing content with students if required and then completing their sections of the form before submitting.

  5. Responses are locked and made available as part of student records.
