Email Record#

This page allows you to see the email that have been sent to an applicant contact. The details shown include:

  • The emails subject.

  • The time the email was sent.

  • The email address the email was sent to.

  • The full event history for the email.

  • The content of the email.

Tip

You can use the date range filter to view emails sent to the user in the desired time window. It defaults to the last 30 days so the most relevant emails will be loaded automatically.

Tip

The content for emails of each type is available for a different length of time. If the content is no longer available you’ll see a message letting you know when you try to view the content.

  • Staff Members

    • Available with permission
