Staff Directory#

The staff directory is designed to provide quick access to some of the most commonly used staff actions. You can use the search bar at the top of the screen to filter the list of staff.

User Information#

The users summary information includes:

  • Job Title

  • Name

  • School Identifier

  • Subjects Taught

  • Work Email

  • Work Telephone

Indicators are also show if the staff member is:

  • Form Tutor

  • Head of House

  • Head of Subject

  • Head of Year

Quick Actions#

The following quick actions are available for each staff member:

  • Impersonate

    • Impersonate this user in a single click.

  • Profile

    • View the staff members profile page.

  • Timetable

    • View the staff members timetable.

  • User Details

    • View or edit the details of the user.
