Student Profiles#
The student profile is a collection of pages allowing you to see information about a student. Each page is protected by permissions and only users with the correct permissions can access related pages.
Subscribe to a Student#
You can subscribe to a student to receive certain updates when they are involved in specific activities. Once subscribed you will currently:
Be CC’d into any incident that student is involved in.
Be able to see a combined activity feed for all of your subscribed students from your profile page.
Impersonate a Student#
You can impersonate a student user to see through their eyes by clicking the impersonate button. This will log you out as yourself and in as the student. Once logged in you’ll be able to see what the student does when they use the system and perform actions on their behalf.

Activity Tracking#
Activity is tracked within a student’s profile allowing the school to see which areas get the most engagement from parents/carers. This allows the school to make informed decisions about which bits of information are most valuable to parents as well as identify any underutilised areas that parents/carers may be missing out on.
Each activity is logged along with the time at which it occurred.
