Consent

This page allows you to see the consent provided by a user. Consent allows the school to track users that have opted into or out of any activity requiring consent.

For consent statements you can see:

• The consent statements title.

• The statement itself.

• Whether consent was provided or not.

• The name of the student consent was provided for (if the consent was provided on behalf of a student by a parent/guardian).

For file consent you can see:

• The date the consent form was provided to the school.

• The type of consent.

• Whether consent was provided or not.

• A download link to the file that was provided.

• The name of the student consent was provided for (if the consent was provided on behalf of a student by a parent/guardian).
