Account Details#

This page shows you the account details for the student contact. This is an admin screen available to school administrators.

Details#

The details section allows you to view and update some account information for a student contact.

Username
The student contact’s username that can be used to log in.

Third Party Identifier
The student contact’s third party identifier that’s used to link this student contact to a student contact within the third party system.

Disable Account#

The disable account section is a security mechanism to allow you to lock a student contact out and prevent them from logging in.

Once disabled a student contact will not be able to log in and you will no longer see the student contact as an active student contact.

To disable the account, click the disable button and confirm your action. The account will be disabled and you’ll see a confirmation message.

This page is protected by the following permissions:

  • Manage Student Contact Users

This page is available to users with the following roles:

  • Staff Members

    • Available with permission
