Account Details#

This page shows you the account details for the staff member. This is an admin screen available to school administrators.


The details section allows you to view and update some account information for a staff member.

The staff member’s username that can be used to log in when the school is not using SSO.

Third Party Identifier
The staff member’s third party identifier that’s used to link this staff member to a staff member within the third party system.

Disable Account#

The disable account section is a security mechanism to allow you to lock a staff member out and prevent them from logging in.

Once disabled a staff member will not be able to log in and you will no longer see the staff member as an active staff member.

To disable the account, click the disable button and confirm your action. The account will be disabled and you’ll see a confirmation message.
