Account Details#

This page shows you the account details for the applicant. This is an admin screen available to school administrators.


The details section allows you to view and update some account information for an applicant.

The applicant’s username that can be used to log in.

Third Party Identifier
The applicant’s third party identifier that’s used to link this applicant to an applicant within the third party system.

Disable Account#

The disable account section is a security mechanism to allow you to lock an applicant out and prevent them from logging in.

Once disabled an applicant will not be able to log in and you will no longer see the applicant as an active applicant.

To disable the account, click the disable button and confirm your action. The account will be disabled and you’ll see a confirmation message.
