Undeliverable Message Notifications#

The system automatically generates a notification on a users account when they have been sent an SMS message but it couldn’t be delivered. This notification contains a simple message informing the user that you tried to send them a message but it was undeliverable.

Users can click this notification to be taken straight to their My Account section where they can update their mobile number by sending an Information Update Request to the school.


Users can see the undeliverable messages in their My Account section so that they don’t miss out on the message you tried to send.
