The documents page shows you the documents that have been linked to the students account. You can see all of the documents with the most recent at the top. The documents title, file type and date of record are shown on the tab. You can download a document by clicking on the download button.

You can use the search bar, category and sub category filters to find specific documents more easily.


Some document types support online viewing. To view a document click it’s block on the tab, a preview window will open.

Managing Documents#

School staff with the correct permissions, will be able to edit the document’s details and/or delete the documents using the buttons under each document.


You won’t be able to delete a document if it’s in a category or sub category that the school have configured to prevent deletion.

Documents that have been uploaded to a students account but are set to be made visible on a future date are greyed out with a badge indicating that they are hidden. You’ll only see these documents if you’ve got permissions to create new documents of the relevant type.

If you’ve got permission to create new documents you can create a new linked document for the current student by clicking the new button.

This page is available to users with the following roles:

  • Parent/Guardian

    • Automatically available for their linked students

  • Staff Members

    • Available with permission

  • Student

    • Automatically available for their own information
