Notifications#
Homework generates a number of notifications depending on your user type you may receive some or all of the possible notifications.
Staff Users#
Staff users will receive the following notifications:
Parent/Contact Users#
Parent/Contact users will receive the following notifications:
Student Users#
Student users will receive the following notifications:
Homework Summary#
The homework summary notification is sent daily at roughly 16:00. It contains a simple message informing you how many active and un-submitted homework tasks you have assigned to you. Clicking the notification will take you straight to your homework summary page where you can see details of the homework tasks, their deadline dates and other information.
Tip
Parent/Contact users will receive one notification per student that has active homework tasks.
Homework Due Tomorrow#
The homework due tomorrow notification is sent daily at roughly 06:00. It contains a simple message informing you how many un-submitted homework tasks you have assigned to you that are due tomorrow. Clicking the notification will take you straight to your homework summary page where you can see details of the homework tasks, their deadline dates and other information.
In Class Submissions Missing#
The in class submissions missing notification is sent daily at roughly 15:00. It contains a simple message informing you how many homework tasks with a submission type of “In Class” that have a deadline date of today you have that you are yet to update the submission status of any submissions for. Clicking the notification will take you straight to your pending grading page where you can see details of the homework tasks, their deadline dates and other information.
