Incidents#
This page shows you detailed information about the student’s incidents at the school.
Charts#
The following charts are available. Each chart is accompanied by a data table showing the full details of the data within the chart. The charts show analytical data for incidents where the students role was Instigator or Perpetrator and do not include those where the students role was Witness or Victim.
Categories#
Shows a breakdown of the categories relevant to the student’s incidents.
Outcomes#
Shows a breakdown of the outcomes relevant to the student’s incidents.
Severity Level#
Shows a breakdown of the serious and low level incidents that are relevant to the student.
Staff Members#
Shows a breakdown of the staff members are reporting incidents involving the student.
Subjects#
Shows a breakdown of the subjects relevant to the student’s incidents.
Details#
It also shows the following information about the incidents in table format. This data includes all incidents the student was involved in regardless of their role.
Categories
The categories applied to the incident.
Date
The date and time of the incident.
Location
Where the incident took place.
Outcomes
The outcomes resulting from the incident.
Reported By
Who reported the incident.
Role
The relationship this student had to the incident.
Status
The status of the incident.

You can use the filter at the top of the screen to view data for another academic year.
