Notifications are sent to users when specific actions are carried out by users, the following are sent to users from the documents functionality.
Contacts of students with parental responsibility are automatically sent notifications for documents added to their linked students.
New Document Added#
This will be sent to a student and their contacts with parental responsibility when a new document is added to the students account. (This is only sent for documents that do not require acknowledgement)
Document Acknowledgement Requested#
This will be sent to a students contacts with parental responsibility when a new document that requires acknowledgement is added to their account. (Students do not receive acknowledgement requests for documents and will always receive the New Document Added notification)
