Account Details#

This page shows you the account details for the student. This is an admin screen available to school administrators.

Details#

The details section allows you to view and update some account information for a student.

Username
The student’s username that can be used to log in when the school is not using SSO.

Third Party Identifier
The student’s third party identifier that’s used to link this student to a student within the third party system.

The disable account section is a security mechanism to allow you to lock a student out and prevent them from logging in.

Once disabled a student will not be able to log in and you will no longer see the student as an active student.

To disable the account, click the disable button and confirm your action. The account will be disabled and you’ll see a confirmation message.
