User Consent Statement Report

This report has been designed to allow you to see a cross school status of the consent that users have provided to a given consent statement.

To access the report, click the User Consent Statements Report from the Compliance section of the side bar.

Enter the desired report parameters and click the run button to run the report. The results will be loaded beneath the parameters card.

The results show:

• Who the consent was provided for

  • This is the user that can be deemed as having consented to an action.

• Who the consent was provided by

  • This will be the user who physically provided/withdrew consent.

  • For student’s whom consent was provided for them this will show the student contact that provided that consent.

• The status of the consent

  • This is the actual status showing if the consent was provided, withdrawn or has not yet had a response to the request.

Tip

You can download the report results to an Excel spreadsheet by clicking on the download button in the drop down next to the run button.
