This page shows a summary of information for the student to provide an overview of their details. It contains a number of cards with information:

Groups#

The groups card shows information about the student’s groups across the school:

  • Form Group

    • The student’s form group and form tutor(s).

  • House Group

    • The student’s house group and head(s) of house.

  • Year Group

    • The student’s year group and head(s) of year.

Sensitive Information#

This card shows a collection of sensitive information about the student. It is hidden by default to prevent it being accidentally displayed to a class of students. To view the details, click the Show Information button.

  • Assigned Safeguarding Lead

    • The student’s assigned safeguarding lead.

  • Free School Meals

    • Is the student currently eligible for free school meals.

  • Looked After

    • Is the student currently a looked after student.

  • Previously Looked After

    • Is the student a previously looked after student.

  • Pupil Premium

    • Is the student currently a pupil premium student.

  • Safeguarding Status

    • Does the student currently have one or more active safeguarding concern reports.

  • SEN Provision

    • Does the student currently have an SEN provision assigned.

Summary#

  • Attendance

    • The 6 week trend of attendance for the student.

    • The attendance percentage for the academic year.

    • Clicking this option will show you the attendance page with a more detailed breakdown of the student’s attendance.

  • Detentions

    • The number of detentions received by this student in the current academic year.

    • Clicking this option will show you the detention details page with a more detailed breakdown of the student’s detentions.

  • House Points

    • The number of house points received by this student in the current academic year.

  • Incidents

    • The number of incidents where this student was involved as the instigator or perpetrator in the current academic year.

    • Clicking this option will show you the incident details page with a more detailed breakdown of the student’s incidents.
