Initial Setup#

When first setting up the Homework module you should complete the following steps.


In general the following should be configured:

  • Ensure that all of your staff members and students have been created. See Creating A User for more information.

  • Ensure that all of your class groups have been created and that their student members and supervisors have been assigned. See Class Groups for more information.

If your school intend to use learning activities and outcomes with homework tasks then the following should be configured:

  • Ensure that all of your learning activities are created. See Learning Activities for more information.

  • Ensure the the app setting reflects your preference for whether or not you’d like to require learning activity selection. See Require Learning Activity Selection for more information.

  • Ensure that all of your learning outcomes are created. See Learning Outcomes for more information.

  • Ensure the the app setting reflects your preference for whether or not you’d like to require learning outcome selection. See Require Learning Outcome Selection for more information.
